Here's an outline of the process: 

• An Inspection list is provided to us one month in advance 
• We issue Entry notices to the tenants three (3) weeks in advance, with all correspondence directed back to the Property Manager (PM). 
• On inspection day(s): Our Inspector collects keys from the PM and returns them the same day.
• Our inspectors use their own equipment to access your preferred inspection software, completing digital or PDF reports according to your specifications.
• We provide a weekly summary to the PM, detailing completed or cancelled inspections and any action items arising from these inspections.

Schedule these inspections as needed. We recognise the critical role that entry and exit reports play in ensuring seamless tenancy transitions, which is why we emphasise detailed reporting supplemented with ample photographic documentation.
